#ReleaseBlitz #Review: This Is Love by Natasha Madison

From the best selling series, Something So comes the spin-off series This is...

Vivienne
Never fall in love.
That was my motto, and I was sticking to it.
Having my heart broken once was enough, and I never wanted to do it again.
He was supposed to be a one-night stand, the only thing I do.
One rule shouldn’t be so hard to follow, but then I went back for seconds, then thirds.
After that, I lost count of the number of times I lost myself in his arms. When I wasn’t paying attention, my guard slipped.

Mark
They call me Private Mark for a reason - my whole life is a secret. For two yeats, we danced around each other until I got her right where I wanted her...under me.
Now that I had her, I wasn't letting her go. I thought we were on the same page. I thought we were building something great.
Boy, was I ever wrong.
I had no idea that while I was falling in love, she was trying to convince herself we were temporary.
She thought I'd walk away.
She was wrong.
Now it's time to convince her she wants us too and to show her that the crazy, wild thing we have...
This Is Love.

Review

This third installment of the This Is series was engaging, sweet, sexy, and heartfelt from beginning to end.

I loved Vivienne from previous books, but here is where we finally get to know the real woman behind the happy go lucky facade. I believe that most of the people who represent themselves as very strong on the outside are the ones that have wounds so deep on the inside that it takes a really powerful, understanding partner to make them see their worth and how much they deserve love if the allow it to happen. Enter Mark AKA Private Mark. The moment he meets Vivienne he knows she's it for him. She pushes him away and he pushes right back, is quite the dynamic and chemistry those two have. The question is, will Mark be able to destroy the barriers Vivienne has built?

Mark is the quite goalie for the New York Stingers, he gets alone with his teammates, but for the most part he keeps to himself. He proves to be all Vivienne needs in a man, sweet, gentle, caring, and holy cow that man is a beast in bed! Vivienne, although a bit clueless when it comes to relationships, knows something is changing between the two of them but refuses to admit that. Little by little she's falling for the goalie. I loved the camaraderie between the team and the group of the girlfriends. But most of all, I just couldn't get Mark out of my heart and head even days after I read this story. It takes such a secure and loving man to help heal a woman and make her change her mind from not wanting a relationship to finally accepting the beautiful things that one can bring to her life.

Madison just hit the ball out of the park with this one. It has everything a reader needs to fall in love with characters and a perfect storyline, all the feels and a good serving of humor. This is a standalone, but I highly recommend that you read the first two books so you can get to know the rest of the crew. Five well deserved stars!!!

Meet the Author

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
