Have I ever told you how much I love Vi Keeland's books and heroes? Lordy, Ford, oh Ford!

Keeland has written a story that is not only full of heart, but about the reality that comes after a divorce, the disappointment, the emptiness, and the fear to put your heart out there again. Valentina and Ford are a pure joy to read. Valentina is so relatable, so real, she doesn't hide who she is or how heartbroken she was left after her husband left her like yesterday's news. Ford is handsome, successful, and with a crazy desire for Valentina, not only what he saw on the outside, but what she had inside her heart.

What I liked the most is that the author doesn't portray the heroine as weak or needy. Valentina has reservations about dating again, but that doesn't make her or any woman weak, it makes her cautious of future experiences. On the other hand, Ford is not a pushy alpha, he's sweet, understands where Valentina is coming from, and while he gives her plenty of banter and brings a lot of humor to the story, he always respect her wishes.

All Grown Up has great characters, is well written, has a little twist I never expected, and without a doubt is full of heart. Another fantastic story that will leave you wanting more of Valentina and Ford.
