Review

First of all, let me say that this is the first book I read of this series. This was a big mistake on my part because I should've had started from the beginning in order to understand the complexity of this incredibly family.

There are many layers to this story and lots of characters to get acquainted with, so I'm only going to comment on the storyline between Peyton, Molly and Jose.

Peyton is going through life thinking that he can't have a normal relationship due to the amputation he suffered to his lower left leg. In my opinion he feels like he's not man enough to get into a loving relationship and give a woman what she needs, until he gets the nerve and asks Molly out and his perspective starts changing.

The problem with that is that his friend Jose is also interested in Molly. There's a bit of a age difference between them but that doesn't stop Jose from asking Molly out.

While Peyton is a calm balm to Molly's life, Jose is wild and adventurous. Both men complement each other and Molly can't make her mind up, she wants them both.

Can these three survive the secrets, the angst and a roller coaster of emotions?

This was my first experience with this author and I have to say that I love her writing style. While I was overwhelmed at times with the amount of characters and secondary storylines (completely my fault) I really enjoyed the way the stories were entwined keeping the reader's interest throughout. I love the vibrance and realistic quality to the characters, it makes them more human and believable.

This is a story with lots of sexual content and a beautiful message, love is love. I highly recommended, but please do yourself a favor and start from book one so you can better understand each and everyone of these characters. Also, get a box of Kleenex, you'll need it while reading this.
