Avery Michaels is quirky, friendly and hardworking. She has everything she's ever wanted ... or so she thought. Meeting Jackson for the very first time had her emotions going into overload. She knows she shouldn't have feelings for him especially when she has a boyfriend, but she can't help what her heart feels.

Falling in love is not on Jackson Daniels to-do list. Finishing school and taking care of his son is. Running into Avery seems to be the best yet worse thing that has happened to him. Not knowing what to do with his feelings, he seems to mess up more than anything.

What happens when love is knocking at your door when you least expect it? Do you answer it or turn away? Will Jackson let Avery find him or will be continue to be lost?
