 Holy WOW! What an incredible love story mixed with some romantic suspense and a bit of angst. Simply perfection.

Oh, Ian! This man, who exudes masculinity, self confidence, and who has the world at his feet has demons so ingrained in him that which have been his faithful companions most of his life. Then one night an encounter with a beautiful stranger, who seems to have the weight of the world on her shoulders, leaves him unsettled, wishing he knew more about her, wishing for the first time ever he was a different man.

Jackson's story is outstanding, the journey she put these two characters through is one full of twists and turns one that will keep the readers on the edge of their seat. Ian knows his faults, he thinks he doesn't deserves love, and he tries his best to stay away from Grace, to save her from him and the devil inside, but their chemistry is too strong, too passionate, to vivid. Grace is a woman going through a mother's worst nightmare, she listens to what Ian says, his opinion of himself, but she's a woman wise beyond her years who knows there's always more than what meets the eye. This was a very emotional book and you can feel every single emotion these characters experience through Amy's writing, there is not a part of this book that didn't hold my attention, it felt like a being in the middle of a vortex and I welcomed every single spin.

Bravo, Ms. Jackson! One of my best read of 2018 without a doubt.

My name is ME Carter and I have no idea how I ended writing books. I'm more of a story teller (the more exaggerated the better) and I happen to know people who helped me get those stories on paper.

I love reading (read almost 300 books last year), hate working out (but I do it anyway because my trainer makes me), love food (but hate what it does to my butt) and love traveling to non-touristy places most people never see.
