corporate raiding company called Raiders,
Inc.
With the spotlight now focused on Raven, her past is threatening her
future. So, she does
what she does best, run!
This beautiful girl with the violet eyes has left Jax, who never
gets rattled,
totally speechless. He has always gotten whatever he wanted. So, why was this beautiful girl running
away from him? As time goes on, he slowly unravels the many layers of Raven,
but what he finds puts everyone around them in
danger.
Can anyone survive?
“Now Jax, you’ll do as I tell you because after all, I am
the ‘teacher’.”
I nod, “Yes ma’am!”
She rubs her delicate hands under my shirt, and my cock has
jumped to attention, he’s such a greedy bastard. She slowly unbuttons her blouse and lifts
each one of her breast out of her bra. I
go to reach for them, and she backs away.
“Did you forget I’m the teacher? You have to do what I tell you.”
She rubs each one of her nipples until they are hard. She throws her head back and licks her lips.
It’s taking all I have just to watch.
She undoes my pants, and my cock springs to attention.
“Sit down.”
I hit her with my Jaxson smirk. “If I don’t, will the teacher punish me?”
She moans, “Jax is that something you want to find out
right now?”
Review
This is a heck of a roller coaster book.
Raven Anderson has been through a lot in her 27 years, truly, a lot doesn't even start to describe it.
She's happy living the single life with her roommate Marco, until a casual encounter with a sexy stranger has her reconsidering her preconceived idea of happiness and the quiet life she's created for herself.
Jax Phillips is a very wealthy man in the public eye due to his high profile company. He values his privacy and that of his family and it's very guarded since his past relationship left a bad taste in his mouth. One morning while at a coffee shop he accidentally meet Raven and the world as he knew completely changes.
Raven and Jax have great chemistry but due to her past experiences she is hesitant to move forward and start a relationship with him. After much coaxing from Jax's part Raven takes the plunge and what follows is a series of twist and turns that will take the reader on a crazy ride.
I loved the concept of the story and the characters, not only the main ones, but the secondary ones are very interesting as well. I loved Mike Jr! That said, in my opinion the book could use some editing, it would take the book to new heights.
The book leaves you with a pretty good cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what comes next for Raven.
Good debut novel for Theresa Sederholt.
